How would you answer the question, “Who am I?”  This is David Wheaton, host of The Christian Worldview.

Is your primary identity defined in terms of your job (“I’m a banker”), your family (“I’m a wife and mother”), your favorite pastime (“I’m a snow boarder”), or perhaps your former way of living (“I’m a recovering alcoholic”)?

While these may be part of one’s identity, for the Christian, one’s identity should be grounded in “Who I am in Christ.”

The apostle Paul states in 1 Corinthians 6 that all Christians were unrepentant sinners, “but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God”

This weekend, we’ll speak with pastor Greg Gilbert about Jesus and the gospel.
